If Passed:

If Failed / Out of Spec:

If Passed:

Proceed to Step 4.

Step 4: Physical & Electrical InspectionMultimeter & Visual

Action: If power is present and harness has continuity but serial communication fails.

Bench Test: Replace the lower motor control inverter board first as it experiences higher thermal and mechanical vibration stress.

Expected Standard: New MCB restores normal communication handshakes.

If Failed / Out of Spec:

Replace main electronic control board (137006000).

If Passed:

Replace motor control board (134743500).
