Action: Inspect tub perimeter seam, door bellows boot gasket, drain pump hoses, and detergent dispenser drawer housing.

Bench Test: Examine door bellows fold for tears, pinholes, or loose spring tension clamp.

Expected Standard: Door boot gasket tear-free with zero water weeping.

If Failed / Out of Spec:

Replace front door rubber bellows gasket (00680769) or clamp (00680768).

If Passed:

Proceed to Step 3.

Step 3: Physical & Electrical InspectionMultimeter & Visual

Action: Inspect AquaStop microswitch mounted directly over the styrofoam float in the base pan.

Bench Test: Measure continuity across switch terminals with float at rest versus raised.

Expected Standard: Open circuit (infinity) when float rests flat; 0 ohms continuity when elevated.

If Failed / Out of Spec:

Replace base flood float microswitch (00611317).

If Passed:

Proceed to Step 4.

Step 4: Physical & Electrical InspectionMultimeter & Visual

Action: Inspect AquaStop double-walled water supply hose inlet solenoid block at the wall faucet.

Bench Test: Inspect safety indicator window on hose connector block for red mechanical trip indicator.

Expected Standard: Indicator window clear/grey; zero internal hose burst trips.

If Failed / Out of Spec:

Replace complete AquaStop supply hose assembly (00704767).

If Passed:

Replace main electronic control module (11018241).
